They hire lots of family members, use them as eaves droppers and spies and, well you know…..and take emp to task in front of other staffers....till the staff quit without notice. Just up and leave.

Not only do I need the money, but I love the work…….Seems I will have to move on....I am sad and dazed....as I am taken to task in front of the staff, a 2nd time, two times too many for me....

Besides computer management, reports, tax prep, blah, blah, blah, other skills I was hired for, peacemaking, my ability to get along with everyone, bringing people together to get the jobs done, a buffer between static personalities…..Wow, it's a tough work world, especially if you're a senior, as I am. Damn.
