In today’s world, so many people are overweight. This is blamed on what we eat, how much we eat, the additives in the food we eat, you name it! Let’s face it. People do eat more but they also workout less. This is a bad combination for anyone but ask yourself, “Do people still live longer than they did 50 or 100 years ago?” The answer is yes. The problem becomes the quality of life we experience based on our way of life today.

So, you are overweight! Now what? How about a diet? Which diet? There are almost as many diets as there are people overweight and many have tried several of them. Most diets cost you a ton of money and since life is meant to be fun, you should have ‘Tons-of-Fun” losing pounds and inches.

weight-problemIf you starve yourself, you loose the muscle and the fat stays with you. Then, after months of neglecting your craves and wants, you begin to eat again, gaining back the weight you lost and then some. Problems are compounded when you gain the weight back because you now have less muscle to help fight the weight and more fat that looks bad on you. Find something that can be easy to do, good for you and your body, and cost no more than the food you currently consume. I have and have been keeping the weight off for a while now.

You see, at age 60, my chances are great for high sugar levels and cancer. My blood pressure was 230/130 and yes, I had to fight the Doctors to keep me out of the hospital. My only main concern in all this was loss of kidney function, my looks and E.D. (being a man). I had to reverse this trend and I did.

Cancer, high blood pressure, stroke, and high sugar are as serious as a heart attack. Oh yeah! Don’t forget that heart attack. Get your weight under control. Change the way you eat without trying to starve yourself. Begin a light to moderate exercise program that is fun and not “Just another thing to do!” Do it for you and you just may still be there for your family.
