I am an unemployed, certified pharmacy technician. I am 25 years old, and a single mother to the most precious little girl in the world. She is going to be three next month, January 29th. I am in a relationship with a man that I have been in love with for nearly ten years. We were reunited one year ago, and have been in a relationship ever since. January 1st, 2011 marks our one year anniversary. I love him deeply, although relationships are difficult, and we have been tested many times.

The biggest struggle for me, for us, at this time is the eviction that I am going through. I have never been through anything like this, ever. I went to court last week for the eviction and the judge gave me until the 28th of December to either pay what I owe, or evacuate the premises.

My landlord has already promised my apartment to a 'family member' and has made it very clear that she wants me to leave this apartment no matter if I pay what I owe by the given date or not. So, instead of wrapping gifts, I am packing my things. And no, I have nowhere to go.
